How to send a request

The request is sent before the start of the visit.

1. Click «Start Work»;

2. Click on the desired store;

3. Scroll down to the section «Operations»;

4. Click «Request GPS coordinates correction»;

How to send a request

5. Scroll down the page;

6. Select near the question «Is your location displayed correctly on the map?»;

7. Select near the question «Is the address of the store correct and complete?»;

8. Click «Send request to EasyMerch»;

9. A request to adjust the coordinates of the store has been sent. Get started without waiting for the request to be processed. Processing time 1-2 working days.

Additionally, before sending a request, you can write a comment and attach a photo.

Why you can't send a request

1. You didn't selected all near the questions → select all according to the instructions above;

2. The visit was already started, the request is impossible» → send your request on your next visit before the start of your visit;

3. Your geolocation is not determined → set up geolocation according to the instructions:

4. No more correction requests → contact the project team to adjust the coordinates on their side;

Why you can't send a request

5. There is a marker 0m near the shop → the special parameter is enabled, in which your geolocation is not taken into account. It is used if the connection in the shop is bad or there are "jammers" nearby. Start your visit, not paying attention to the fact that the geolocation is 0m;

Why you can't send a request

6. There is near the shop → The store coordinates correspond to the address, an adjustment request is not possible. Contact the project administrator to change the address if it is incorrect.

If you are sure that the address or coordinates of the shop are incorrect, contact your project team.

What you need to check before sending a request

1. Make sure that the status «data refreshed, you can work» is displayed on the main screen;

2. The address of the store is correct and complete → you can see this information in the top of the shop or you can click .

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, first contact the project team or server administrator to correct the address, and only then send a request for correction of store's coordinates;

Why a request may be rejected

1. Coordinates are correspond to the adress → Check the correctness of the address, if it is incorrect, contact the project team or the server administrator;

2. Address is incorrect → operators could not find the shop's address on the maps. If the address is incorrect, contact the project team or the server administrator.
