Removing errors from the queue

The photo to the report may become unavailable for sending, and an error will appear in the Menu → Queue. To request its removal, click

"Request deleting errors"

The deletion request will be sent immediately to all errors in the queue. After sending the request, "Request deleting errors" button will change to "Request sent"

To continue working with reports or errors in the queue for the previous days, click "Got it" on the message

If the request to delete the error is agreed, the error will be removed from the queue within 5 minutes, or after restarting the application, if there is a stable Internet connection

If the request to delete the error is rejected, the technical support considered that the photo can be sent from the queue and attached to the report, it is not necessary to delete it
