Contacting support chat from Telegram

The bot's task is to record your request. You will communicate with people, just as you do when you apply through the app or website.

The bot accepts your questions if you can't write to technical support from the app. For example:

• you can't install the app,
• the app crashes or does not launch,
• sending messages to support chat from the app does not work.

Or you can't log in to your account.

Click on the link and click on Continue or on the "Send message" button.

Once in the bot, click on Start or send: /start

Now send the name of your server (project).

The case of characters in the name is not important. If you don't know the name of your server (project), please ask your manager.

The bot will ask you to enter it again if:

• The name is entered incorrectly;
• Support chat is not running on your project

After receiving the correct server name from you, the bot will pass the chat to the operators.

After solving the problem, the operator will close the ticket, the bot will offer you to choose whether the operator helped you and to rate their work, you can rate it on a scale from 1 to 5.

If you still have questions, specify the name of the server again, the bot will create a new chat for tech support and you can continue communicating. If you don't know the name of your server, contact your project team or managers.
