Switch user account with login and without password

Start EasyMerch. Wait for the status in the top hat «data refreshed, you can work». Click on App Menu

Click «Switch User Account»

Enter your login and server in the appropriate fields, leave the password blank, if you haven't been given one because it hasn't been set yet. The data should have been given to you by the company you work for. If the data has been lost, please contact the person who issued them to get a new login and server

Server - the name of the company you work for, for example Fazer, Lavazza, Huawei, etc.

Click «Enter»

If the red error «Login/password is incorrect» appears at the top, check that the login is entered correctly. The server has been entered correctly

If the start screen opens and a red «Wrong server (please check server name in settings)» error appears at the top, tap on the App Menu

Click «Switch User Account»

Enter the login again. Check that the server is entered correctly, click «Enter»

If you still cannot log in, please contact your manager or project team to provide you with a temporary password. This password will only be valid for one authorization

Then, you will need to log in using the temporary password and click the button «Save»

In the field «Old password» you need to enter the password that your manager or project team just gave you

In the field «New password» enter the desired new password

The password must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum length — 8 characters
  • Contains a lowercase Latin letter
  • Contains an uppercase Latin letter
  • Contains a number
  • Consists of Latin letters, numbers and acceptable special characters

If the condition is met, it will have a check mark and the condition itself will turn gray. You need all the conditions to be met, otherwise you will not be able to change the password

Click «Generate password» if you do not have any password preferences, in which case the password will immediately meet the required conditions

If your account uses two-factor authentication by phone call, after you enter your login details, the number that is linked to your account will receive a call. Enter the last 4 digits of the number that is calling and click Submit

If your phone number is incorrect on the screen, contact the person who issued your login details to change the phone number

If the number is correct but no call is received, check that the mobile network is switched on on your device
