Setting a temporary password to a subordinate via the application

Start EasyMerch App and wait for the status at the top hat «data refreshed, you can work». Click on App Menu.

Click «Manager Area».

Click «My Employees».

Click on employee you want to Set temporary password. Temporary password is needed in case your subordinate has forgotten their password. Due to security measures no one can access the current password of the user.

You cannot set temporary password for yourself. It is possible that your manager has the right to set temporary password for you via the application, try to contact them (availability of this option depends on project settings).

Click «Set temporary password». Availability of this option depends on the project settings.

If you don't have this feature but have a need for it to be applied, please contact project team on your company's side. We will apply this feature to you upon their request.

When you press «Confirm» button, the temporary password will be set. After logging into the app with a temporary password, this employee needs to change their password to a new one that is suitable for them.

Click «Confirm» if you want to set temporary password for your subordinate. Click «Cancel» or the back arrow to exit this section.

If you have clicked «Confirm», «user_temp_password_set» will be displayed on your screen. Press «Cancel» or back arrow to exit this section.
