Offline mode

To start working offline, log into the EasyMerch app and wait for synchronization with the server. When the data loading is complete, the status will be written at the top of the screen: “Data refreshed, you can work.”

To go offline, turn on airplane mode.

Re-enter the app. After logging into the app, the status will be updated: “Startup error, no internet. Data refreshed, you can work.” Now you can get to work, note that in this case, the manager will not have the opportunity to see analytics while you are offline. Later, you can close the app without the risk of data loss.

When you're done working, you can turn off airplane mode. Don't forget to log back into the application and wait for the reports to download to server.
