«Сheck-out» is a report for the end of a visit to a store. Filling out «Сheck-out» blocks access to filling out other reports
«Сheck-out» is filled out only at the very end of work, when you are sure that you have completed your visit, and is sent immediately before leaving the store so that the system displays the exact time the employee spent at the store
Depending on the store, «Сheck-out» can be in single reports or in sets of reports
Go to «Сheck-out» and click the «Fill» button to proceed to filling out «Сheck-out»
After opening the «Сheck-out», click the «End visit with photo» or «End visit without photo» button. The «End visit without photo» button allows you to complete the «Сheck-out» without sending a photo
Depending on the server, one or another option for sending «Сheck-out» may not be available.
You can also add a comment to «Сheck-out»
Depending on the report settings, filling out the reports required to send «Сheck-out» may differ
If all required reports are completed, the «Сheck-out» will be sent, otherwise an error will appear
If the «Mandatory field» error appears, click «Accept» and then «Next» next to the error to go to the required report
Also, depending on the report settings, the distance available for sending «Сheck-out» may differ.
If the distance is acceptable, the «Сheck-out» will be sent, otherwise an error will appear.
