Make a Problem Report

In case you started your visit and filled out the Check-in, but later realized that you cannot continue for some reason, you can fill a «Problem report»

This report can be found either in single reports or in sets of report, and comes after Check-in

Click «Fill» to go to the problem report

If you have any problems at the beginning of your visit (for example, the store is closed or you are turned away for some reason), you can fill out one or more problem reports

Select the problem type depending on the situation that occurred

You can also leave a comment on the issue

After selecting the type of problem, click the «Send with Photo» button, take a photo and attach it to the report. This way you can immediately close the report without filling out the remaining points

After submitting a problem report in the sets of reports, Check-out will immediately become available to you, and other reports may close automatically depending on the server settings

Fill out and submit Check-out before leaving the point of sale to close your visit and continue working
