Start EasyMerch app. Click "I agree to data collection terms and conditions", then click Continue
Wait for the update to download. If the update does not download, check your internet connection, turn Airplane Mode on and then off, restart the app, and try again
When the update loads in the "Allow EasyMerch to use your location?" pop-up window, click "Allow While Using App"
In the next pop-up window "EasyMerch Would Like to Access the Camera", click OK
Click «Sign in (for clients)»
Enter your login, password and server in the appropriate fields. This should have been given to you by the company you work for. If the data has been lost, please contact the person who gave it, to obtain a new login, password and server
Server - the name of the company you work for, for example Fazer, Lavazza, Huawei, etc.
Click "I agree to the terms and conditions of privacy policy", then click Enter
If a red "Login/password is incorect" error appears at the top, check that the login and password fields have been entered correctly. The server is entered correctly
If the red "Incorrect server name" error appears at the top, click "Sign in (for clients)"
The data has already been entered, you do not need to enter it again. Check that the server is entered correctly. Click "I agree to the terms of privacy policy", then click Enter
If you still can't log in, contact the person who sent you the login, password and server so that they can verify that the data is correct. It is possible that the login has been disabled or has not even been created
If your account uses two-factor authentication by phone call, after you enter your login details, the number that is linked to your account will receive a call. Enter the last 4 digits of the number that is calling and click Submit
If your phone number is incorrect on the screen, contact the person who issued your login details to change the phone number
If the number is correct but no call is received, check that the mobile network is switched on on your device
