The bot's task is to record your request. You will communicate with people, just as you do when you apply through the app or website
The bot accepts your questions if you can't write to technical support from the app
For example, you can't install the app, it won't launch or crashes. Or if sending messages to support chat from the app does not work
Or you can't log in to your account
How to find the bot:
Click on the link and click on Continue or on the "Send message" button
Once in the bot, click on Start or send: /start
Now send the name of your server (project)
The case of characters in the name is not important
The bot will ask you to enter it again if:
After receiving the correct server name from you, the bot will pass the chat to the operators
After the problem is resolved, the operators will close your request. The bot will send a corresponding notification. If you still have questions, specify the server name again
The bot will create a new chat for tech support and you can continue communicating. If you don't know the name of your server, contact your project team or managers
