App freezes or closes spontaneously on Android

On modern devices, you can increase the amount of random access memory (RAM) at the expense of the built-in memory. Go to Device Settings > About Device > RAM

Enable RAM Expansion (if available) and select the maximum possible expansion limit on the scale. Confirm the restart of the device

You can disable or uninstall unused applications to increase the inbuilt memory and RAM. Open Device Settings > Apps > App Management

Select an unused app and tap Uninstall

If there is no Uninstall button, tap Disable

If EasyMerch hangs or closes spontaneously, do not launch other applications at the same time as it. To close other applications, tap Recently used applications and swipe all except EasyMerch

Uninstall EasyMerch to clear the application cache and data. Before doing so, unload all reports from the queue. Click the EasyMerch icon > Uninstall. Reinstall it

To prevent the application from restarting spontaneously and to ensure that the queue is unloaded even if EasyMerch is minimised open Device Settings > Apps > App Management > EasyMerch > Battery usage. Make sure that "Allow foreground activity" and "Allow background activity" are enabled (if any)

Switch off the power saving mode so that EasyMerch does not limit its operation. Go to Device Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode. Make sure that the "Power Saving Mode" and "Turn on at specified battery level" settings (if any) are switched off

Restart the device to clear the device cache
