Clearing the cache

The EasyMerch app stores a special type of data - cache. Sometimes you may need to clear it, for example, at the request of support. You can clear the cache directly in the app. Before doing this, make sure that the queue is empty and all reports have been sent, otherwise they may be lost. To check the queue, on the main page of the app, click "Queue".

When you are sure that the queue is empty, on the main page, click on the three bars in the lower left corner and find the “Settings”.

Next, click on “Settings”, scroll down, find the “Clear cache data” item and click on it.

Then you will need to enter the password that your manager or administrator will tell you and click “OK.”

Provide a reason for clearing the cache. Choose the one that best describes your situation. If support asks you to clear your data cache, select the "Other" option and indicate in the comment that this is a support request. Finally, click "Clear cache data".
