Visibility of Shops in the App for Employees

A shop will be displayed to an employee if it is added to their visit plan. Depending on the server settings, an outlet may only be displayed if it is assigned in the visit plan specifically for the current date

Instruction "Creating and editing visit plans on the site"

If an employee has the permission "Display all shops from clusters and trip plans (up to 300 items)", then shops from clusters will also be displayed in their menu

If an employee has subordinates, then with this permission, the outlets of their subordinates will also be displayed to them in the Manager Area

A shop will be displayed to an employee if an order was placed for it within the last 14 days. The order must not be canceled, not exported, and it must contain SKUs

Instruction "Product Order"

For outlets to be displayed in the "Dual, joint, and unscheduled visits" block, three conditions must be met:

1) The shop has the customizable parameter "Double visits" enabled

2) The employee has the customizable parameter "Double visits" enabled

3) The shop is included in the employee's visit plan or clusters

If an employee has already submitted reports for the shop today, it will be displayed to them, even if previous access to the shop is revoked

For example, if a shop was in the visit plan, the employee started filling out reports for it, but the shop was then removed from the visit plan
